Welcome to Jamboree On The Air at the Boree Regatta

Jamboree On The Air (JOTA) is an annual event where Scouts and Guides connect locally and globally using amateur radio—a tradition since 1957.

In 2025, we proudly celebrate 50 years of the Endeavour Boree Regatta, a joint venture between South Metropolitan Scouts and Georges River Girl Guides.

Since 1995, The St George Amateur Radio Society (SGARS) has supported this event by setting up and operating a fully functional JOTA amateur radio station at Boree.

Event Dates for 2025:

Friday 17th – Sunday 19th October
Held annually on the third full weekend of October.
